Project Photobooth is back
Project Photobooth was born in 2008 while I was working a full time job at a tech startup in San Francisco. And what started as a side gig, turned into a full time job and since then we have done over a thousand events all over the nation from the birthday parties to weddings to film premieres to award shows and an endless number of fundraising galas.
During the pandemic of 2020, we had pulled back on events and focused more on creative work and now that events are back to pre-pandemic levels we’re bringing Project Photobooth back and making it better than ever with new streamlined technology and more creative styling to make your event more beautiful and your guests oh so happy.

We realize that there are hundreds if not thousands of Photobooth companies out there competing for your business. But we think there is something special about us that makes us different.
BEAUTY & JOY
One of the things that makes us different from other photobooth companies is that we’re ultra focused on producing some of the most beautiful photographs at your event. We do everything to make sure that images are lit in a way that enhances the beauty of your guests as well as using creative, but simple graphic design to personalize them in a way that makes your guests want to keep coming back for more.
WE WORK FAST
One thing we don’t like are lines.
With us, we will do our best to make sure that your guests will experience minimum wait times. The photobooth process is extremely quick without feeling rushed. And since it is attended the entire time we make sure that people get through the experience without holding other people up.
We think there is alot of power in keeping things simple. We do our best to guide our clients in creating Photobooth experiences that are simple but look absolutely stunning. The background of your photos can look in so many different ways depending on your event theme, color pallete, budget and the specifications of your venue. A simple standard white background is always included, but if you would like something a little more unique we can work with you to create something that’s just right for you.

No. And we strongly discourage that you use them. Reason being that they can be a huge distraction and cause slow downs when the photobooth is busy. Also, when looking back at your photos we really think that seeing some really beautiful photos of your guests without any props is something you will cherish much more than something silly and distracting.

Our rate is determined by the type of event and the complexity of your setup. Standard rates start at $2000 for 3 hours and they go up from there. For more information on pricing please take a look at our pricing page.

A standard white background is provided at no cost to you and is what we suggest most. Anything else will need to be quoted, for example, if you would like to have a colored background we would have to build it and costs start at $400 and up. However, if you have a team that can build a background for you, we can use that as well and there would be not additional cost for that.

Yes, if you would like to add a printing package, you can get virtually unlimited prints for the time that we are there and they can be formatted in any way that you’d like as long as they fit on a 4”x6” print. Check out our print gallery to see what your different options are.

Yes! We can take your predesigned logo and place them on your images or we can design one for you. We like to keep it simple and make them seem like they blend in with the photos really well and above all, look nice. We can also apply your logo to your prints.

Yes, absolutely. Since processing is done immediately, you will get these photos in a gallery within a day after your event. The gallery can be password protected if you’d like. Also, if you would like your guests to be able to order prints from this gallery, we make it really easy and affordable.
